He has been working in the truffle sector since the early 1990s at the family business Encitruf.
It is mainly dedicated to the collection of black truffles (Tuber melanosporum) and the production of mycorrhizal holm oaks for truffle cultivation. It also dedicates a significant portion of its work to promoting truffle culture through truffle tourism.
