Alejandro PaadínAlejandro Paadín A sommelier with a degree in Engineering in Product Design and Development, he is also an Approved Sherry Wine Trainer, Cava Trainer, and Official Rioja Educator. He has worked as a sommelier and maître d' in several Michelin-starred restaurants as well as in high-end event venues.

A member of the International Federation of Wine and Spirits Journalists and Writers (FIJEV) and the International Federation of Tourism Journalists and Writers (FIJET), he writes the wine tourism section for Traveling magazine (available on several airlines) and contributes to various print and digital media. For the past four years, he has been contributing weekly to SER RadioCoruña, where he talks about wine and gastronomy.

Recognized as National Champion of the European Competition "Champagne Ambassadors 2013-2015" and Champion of Sommeliers of Galicia 2012, his career as a sommelier and gastronomic promoter has led him to publish several books, including the "Guide to Wines, Spirits and Wineries of Galicia", "The Stones that Made Wine", the "Guide to Excellent Agri-Food Products" and the "Guide to Vines and Apple Trees of the Biosphere Reserves of Spain".
